Mango-Papaya Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 medium mango, peeled, seeded and chopped into chunks
- 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped into chunks
- ¼ to ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro leaves
- juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
